Bayern Munich make derisory offer after agreeing terms with Leroy Sane Bayern Munich have made a derisory €40million offer for Manchester City star Leroy Sane after reportedly agreeing personal terms with the Germany man. The Bundesliga champions have approached the City forward and come to an agreement over his contract with Sane agreeing on a five-year deal, according to Sport Bild. Bayern have controversially flipped around the mechanics of a traditional transfer and instead of approaching the club first, have instead approached Sane. Bavarian Football Works claim that “Sane’s personal commitment to the transfer will put additional pressure on City to sell him at a steep discount”. Sane has been a top target for Bayern since last summer, but that conjecture ended in August when Sane suffered a serious knee injury in his first appearance of the season – the Community Shield against Liverpool at Wembley. Sport Bild claims that Bayern will consider any deal under €60million a major success, but their initial €40million offer is well short of City’s reported €100million valuation on the 23-year-old.       It’s an offer that will only infuriate City, who paid Schalke £46.5 million, including add-ons for Sane in 2016. Sane though remains Bayern’s priority with  SPOX reporting the player is their no. 1 transfer target ahead of Kai Havertz. City boss Pep Guardiola admitted in January that he would not be able to stop Sane from leaving should the German winger decide to pursue a move away from the club. “It’s a question for Leroy, his agents and the club. I’m not involved in that. “What I want is for him to come back fit. His knee looks really good and after that, honestly, it’s not of my business. It’s not in my hands.”   The post Bayern Munich make derisory offer after agreeing terms with Leroy Sane appeared first on teamtalk.com. - SPORT BETTING
