Long-running Man Utd, Arsenal target set for Bayern switch Ivan Perisic looks set to be the next high-profile Internazionale star to leave the San Siro after a report claimed Bayern Munich have agreed to take the winger on a one-year loan deal with an option to buy next summer. Perisic had long been linked with a move to the Premier League with Manchester United noted long-time admirers. Arsenal then emerged as a contender to sign the Croatian after the player himself made clear his desire to play at the Emirates, but it appears that the Bundesliga giants are now in pole position to put an end to Perisic’s four-year stint with the Nerazzurri. According to Italian website FedeNerazzurra (which cites Gazzetta dello Sport), the German powerhouse will initially loan the winger with an option to buy on a permanent deal for €30 million (£28m) next summer. The report goes on to claim that all the remains is for the player to consent to the switch and agree personal terms with Bayern. Perisic would join Radja Nainggolan in departing the San Siro after the Belgian was loaned out to Cagliari, with Argentine hitman Mauro Icardi expected to soon follow. Bayern are on the lookout for wide forwards to replace long-service club legends Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery who both departed upon the expiry of their contracts in June. A move for Manchester City’s Leroy Sane had been touted amid intense speculation that the 23-year-old was their number one target, but news of Sane’s injury woes seemingly put a stop to any proposed transfer. Perisic was a regular starter for Luciano Spalletti last season, hitting eight goals and four assists as Inter finished fourth ahead of AC Milan. The Nerazzurri though have since replaced Spalletti with former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, and it seems the 82-cap Croatian will be allowed to move on at long last.   The post Long-running Man Utd, Arsenal target set for Bayern switch appeared first on teamtalk.com. - SPORT BETTING
