PSG are looking for a new boss with Pochettino on the way out at the end of the season. Former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is believed to be PSG’s top target. But Zidane has yet to commit to a deal and is thought to be eyeing the France national team job. That has opened the door for Conte, who has thrown his hat into the ring. Conte critical of Tottenham With Conte under contract, PSG would have to agree a compensation fee with Spurs and Daniel Levy. However, the relationship between Levy and PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi is said to be more than amicable.   Conte’s time in the capital has not run smoothly. And in fact he criticised the club’s January transfers, labelling it “strange” for Tottenham to send out four players on loan and sell one. He also said the job was a big challenge with the club starting a rebuilding process. But publicly since then he has pledged his future to Spurs after speaking to Levy at the end of February. Conte moved to dampen concerns he could quit after receiving assurances from Levy. Conte was initially reluctant to take the Tottenham Hotspur managerial role when offered it last summer. He waited until after his departure from Inter Milan, forcing the north London outfit to go for Espirito Santo. He was this week linked with a move to Juventus.
