Indeed, the most serious interest came from Tottenham last summer but a deal failed to materialise. Since then, though, reports have linked Chelsea with a move for the Argentine. The Blues are reportedly monitoring the 26-year-old’s situation, aware that Juve have so far reached no agreement over his future. However, speaking to Sky Sport Italia (via Sky Sports), Patrici said he hopes Dybala will pen fresh terms at his club. “We’re in talks to extend Paulo Dybala’s contract,” he said. “He wants to stay and we want to keep him, he’s part of our future. “We’ll continue the negotiations to find an agreement.” Dybala has scored 95 goals in 230 games since his move to Juve from Palermo in 2015. Indeed last season, he scored 11 Serie A goals in 33 matches to help his club to another top-flight title. JUVE STAR CLOSES IN ON NEW DEAL
