That would be four times less than the value of his exit clause. Two sides in Italy are particularly interested. AC Milan could be willing to offer this fee, but AS Roma would be more reluctant, despite their pursuit of the player. There is no mention of Chelsea, but Torino Granata confirm that the Blues recently made an enquiry for the 27-year-old. Chelsea thus remain in the picture. For the west London outfit to pursue Belotti, they must first rid themselves of at least one of Werner, Giroud and Abraham. There is every chance that one of them does leave. However, Belotti would still want to be first choice if he was to leave Torino for another club. Hence, it would likely have to be Werner to make way for Chelsea to get him. If this is the most critical point of his career you can say it’s still pretty impressive so far. “Timo has scored since he was five years old and he never stopped. So he can trust his brain and body, it will come back. That’s easier said than done. “Yesterday I sent him in from training because he wanted to do extra finishing with us. But I sent him in because it will come.
