However, replays suggested the decision looked harsh, with Conor Coady’s foot appearing to play Bamford onside. It all added to Leeds’ frustrations, who lost at Molineux after a freak own goal. The decisive incident came when Adama Traore’s fierce effort cannoned off the crossbar and in-off Illan Meslier’s back. It’s the second time Leeds have lost 1-0 to Wolves this season; their winner at Elland Road also coming via a cruel deflection.
