Mino Raiola reignites Solskjaer feud with latest comments on Pogba future Mino Raiola appears to have taken a fresh dig at Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer by insisting that he will publically stay quiet on Paul Pogba’s future in an effort not to make people “nervous”. Solskjaer previously clashed with Pogba’s agent after Raiola stated the midfielder’s Old Trafford career was “over” at the end of last year. Speaking back in December, Raiola said: “He needs to change team, he needs a change of scene. “He has a contract that expires in a year and a half’s time, in the summer of 2022, But I think the best solution would be for him to leave in the next transfer window.” Solskjaer then resonded: “As soon as Pogba’s agent realises it is a team sport the better. I don’t want to spend energy on that. “You have to ask Paul if he is happy or not, I’m not going to speak for him. Paul is focused on doing his best for the team.” The 27-year-old has since produced some of his best performances in a United shirt for some time. Pogba, who is currently sidelined by a muscle problem, has started eight of United’s last nine league outings. In that time he scored winning goals in games against Burnley and Fulham. But Raiola has now reignited his ongoing feud with Solskjaer. In a report in the Daily Express, when asked if the player might return to Juve, he said: “Pogba must be left alone. I can’t speak about Pogba because I have the impression people are very nervous, they don’t sleep at night. “When I give my opinion, everyone gets carried away. So I don’t speak anymore. I have to work quietly… If I speak, someone gets offended. “What I do I must not do in front of you, but in front of other people. I have always worked in the shadows and I must continue to do so.” Subscribe for free to TEAMtalk’s daily newsletter… Solskjaer insists Pogba is happy at United Pogba is out of contract in 2022 and Solskjaer recently hinted that the World Cup winner might get an extension. The Norwegian said: “We’ve got a good open dialogue with Paul. So what we talk about and how we see that situation remains between us. “I’m just happy he’s focused and playing really well. He’s happy within himself and that’s important: you can see Paul enjoying football himself with a red shirt on. “Our conversations remain private, of course.
