Arsenal will sound out Kieran Tierney as they prepare to make a move for Celtic’s Ryan Christie, while Liverpool could sanction a move for a Real Madrid man, all in the papers.
ARSENAL TRACK CHRISTIE
Arsenal are interested in Celtic midfielder Ryan Christie, according to a report.
Scotland international Christie is a key man for the Hoops and the Scotland national side. His contract is running down though at Parkhead and will expire in June 2022.
That has put a number of teams on alert including Arsenal, who are looking to add some creativity to their midfield.
The 25-year-old has not given any clues about a new deal and Leicester, Newcastle, Southampton, Brighton and Burnley, are all interested, according to 90 Min.
Isco, Houssem Aouar and Dominik Szoboszlai have all been linked with Arsenal, but Christie will be a cheaper alternative.
The Gunners are also likely to sound out his close pal Kieran Tierney about a move for Christie, 25.
The pair remain close from their time together at Celtic and Arsenal have been delighted at the way Tierney has performed since his switch south.
