According to Todo Fichajes, Leeds target De Paul is on Liverpool’s radar and  discussions with the player’s ‘environment’ are underway. The price tag on De Paul is rumoured to be around €35m and that may well be signed off by Reds chief Michael Edwards. De Paul, who recently tempted his fans with the tweet: “New Year, New (sic) challenges. I’m ready,” seemingly favours a loan option with an option to purchase later.     Leeds interest in De Paul The Sun claimed Liverpool were interested in De Paul before Christmas and that Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa is in two minds whether to bid in January or wait until the end of the season. De Paul was a major target for Leeds ahead of their return to the Premier League earlier this year. They were prepared to break their transfer record for the Argentine. However, despite hints from De Paul that he wanted the move, nothing went through. De Paul has had a good start to Serie A with three goals and two assists from 16 games. And his recent tweet suggests things might well be going on in the background.
