Outstanding forwards Erling Braut Haaland and Kylian Mbappe are both on Real’s radar, with the latter likely to cost around £200million. The Spanish giants would be able to entertain big deals, if they could offload Bale. However, at this stage that appears very much up in the air. Bale, who is currently sidelined with a calf injury, has a contract at the Bernabeu until June 2022. He has previously stated that he would be happy to extend his stay in north London. But, unless he can find some of the form that turned him into a world superstar, he could be disappointed. The Denmark international will be on the move in January after Inter Milan decided to put him up for sale.
