The boss managed to fall out with many players – Paul Pogba for one – and was sacked in December 2018. He is now in charge of Tottenham and has guided the north Londoners into the top three of the Premier League. Whether or not they can sustain a title challenge only time will tell. But he seems much happier than during his spell at the Theatre of Dreams. Old habits die hard McTominay has started seven games among 10 league appearances this term. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has continued to pick the Lancaster-born ace, who has also won 18 caps for Scotland. I feel like that is common knowledge now and everyone knows that,” he told Stadium Astro. “I’ve got nothing but positive things to say about Jose Mourinho.
