Furthermore, they state United are ‘quite committed’ to reaching an agreement over the Brazilian’s signing. United would need to fork out €30m for Telles, though the Portuguese paper has an interesting twist on the saga. They state Porto will only grant United permission to land Telles once they have secured a replacement. And the man at the top of their wish-list is Wolves star Ruben Vinagre. The 21-year-old joined Wolves from Monaco in 2018 and made 33 appearances in all competitions last season.   United’s move for Telles, meanwhile, will allow Tottenham to sign another of their reported targets, Sergio Reguilon. Reguilon looks set to leave Real Madrid this summer, despite dazzling during a year’s loan with Sevilla. Chelsea were also keen until they landed Ben Chilwell. And United’s capture of Telles will leave Tottenham with a clear path to his signature.
