French paper Le Parisien claims that Jurgen Klopp’s side are ready to battle Barcelona for the 19-year-old forward, who is attracting interest from ‘half of Ligue 1’ as well. Wamangituka has been hugely impressive in Ligue 2 so far this term, netting seven goals in 23 appearances prompting what could well be a summer bidding war. The belief is that Paris FC will struggle to keep hold of their prized asset given the levels of interest from elite clubs, and his price tag is set to soar above €5million. The player’s agent has apparently made it clear that he will wait until the end of the season to discuss his client’s future, with no decision having been made yet.
