7.56am: Spanish newspaper Sport reports that Real Madrid are set to offer Paris St-Germain £110m plus Luka Modric to sign Neymar. Sounds like a decent deal to us?
7.49am: Looks like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has got his wish as Man Utd agree a fee with Inter Milan for Romelu Lukaku. United, meanwhile, are said to be back in talks with Juventus over a move for Mario Mandzukic.

7.42am: Manchester City are apparently in talks to sign goalkeeper Scott Carson on loan from Derby.
7.37am: Tottenham are out of the blocks quickly on what looks like it will be a busy day for them, with a deal agreed for Ryan Sessegnon.
7.30am: Some business went through late on Wednesday evening, with Man City wrapping up a swap deal for Juventus full-back Joao Cancelo, with Danilo heading in the opposite direction.
7.30am: Everton were also in business as they completed the season-long loan signing of Monaco defender Djibril Sidibe.
