Both Man Utd and Man City will spend £200million this summer as targets are named, while two Newcastle players want out on Tyneside, all in the papers.
MAN UTD PLOT £200M TRIPLE RAID
Manchester United are ready to splash out £154million on Benfica duo Ruben Dias and Joao Felix, according to Saturday’s tabloids.
Both the Daily Express and Daily Star both claim that United will attempt to activate two release clauses in the summer.
United scouts are understood to have been watching attacker Felix for some time, but they have also been alerted to 21-year-old defender Dias too and Record claims the double deal could be as much as £154million.
Meanwhile, A Bola claims Sporting Lisbon are in a deep financial crisis and will be forced to sell their best players with €41million euros required by June.
Calciomercato report that Bruno Fernandes could be the key to improving the situation. He has scored 22 goals and made 11 assists this season and Man Utd are keen on him and will speak to his representatives next week.
Fernandes has a €100million release clause and he would definitely leave if someone offers that amount, but even if half of that is offered the midfielder could be sold.
