Napoli intends to take a left-back. [Gennaro] Gattuso’s dream is Emerson Palmieri of Chelsea.” Chelsea are considering cashing in on Emerson in January, as they look to balance the books. Therefore, there could be an opportunity for Napoli to take him mid-season – depending on how much they are willing to set aside for his signing.
